We think McMahon plumbing walks on water, pun intended. It's one of the greatest find in our old age. Greatly recommend them. You will not find a better, more honest or more decent plumber. They care more about their customers than making a buck. Came to help me out for free, could have charged for just coming, but didn't. Can't praise them enough. Also, their staff is very knowledgeable and the office staff makes customer service a joy.

Recently our toilet drain became clogged, and not having a plumber, we posted on our community email site asking for recommendations, which is how we found Tony. Within a few hours he arrived with his crew and soon unclogged the drain. (For dog owners: Our dog is very territorial, but within moments of Tony arriving she was letting him pet her.) Tony has come three more times, the second time to replace our toilet when installed by a previous plumber having it some distance from the wall; now it is positioned as it should have been. Next, he put in a pop-up drain cover in the bathroom sink. This week I contacted him asking if he knew someone who serviced in-ground sprinkler systems as I was unable to contact the company that serviced our system. Tony, who was working a few house away, came and showed me how it works. Whenever there is any plumbing related issue, we will always contact Drain Flow Inc.

To answer the question above every thing he did wonderfully. Jason from this company was amazing. I would refer him to anyone that had any kind of plumbing issue. He is now a contact in my phone. He is prompt certainly fair pricing and a very nice guy. Thank you so much Jason!!

It seems this company is a complete scam. On 6/19/2023, I had an appointment for a draining issue in the bath sink and shower and after the visit they quoted $500 to fix both the issue. I asked for the time to think if I want to go ahead with the fix. I called them again on 6/26 that I would like to go ahead but this time  they quoted $1000 for the same service which was completely shocking to me as we had a detailed discussion and it was told to me that we can fix this and the best price will be $500. I reported my concern and I was told that it will be addressed but they didn't. It seems they do not have any standard pricing for the specific job and try to mint as much as possible which was a completely shocking experience and not expected from a company which boasts otherwise. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

After having a horrible experience over the weekend with a previous plumber, A friend recommended Rapid Flow to me, Jason was fast and very responsive, he got the job done in no time, great customer service!
