Installed heat pump (air to air) heating/AC units for 2nd and 3rd floor and a ducted air handler for service to 1st floor.

Oil heating system leaked and was beyond frustrated having to deal with such unexpected issue! Tony the sales was personable, and approachable. The quote he offered was $4000 more than another company which I showed him. But what he promised was that I would NOT get any headache and he would help with filing the rebate with Mass Save to change from oil to gas. He delivered on that promise! I had zero headache and after 3 months just received my rebate. The installation team, Anthony and his assistant Joey were professional and on time. I didn't have to waste time babysitting them and went to the gym while they did the work. Danielle who did the schedule for the installation was great as well.
