Called 781 Plumbing and heating on late Sunday night. Very responsive and quick. As new homeowners, 781 plumbing was very helpful with our boiler issue, providing us with some knowledge and peace of mind.

Rich replaced our hot water heater recently and did some other work for us a couple of years ago. Anytime I've called Rich he's responded very quickly, he shows up on time, and if he says he's going to do something he does it. He always has a great attitude, too. Even when things don't go exactly as planned. I won't hesitate to call Rich for our next water heater.

I was then sent a follow up message that detailed everything that had been explained over the phone. My questions were answered thoughtfully, and I felt confident in understanding what services would be included in my appointment. Highly Recommend Boston Water Heaters. My CO alarms went off this morning out of the blue and national grid had to turn off my gas. I called 15-20 heating, plumbing, and hvac companies, and BWH was the only one who offered me the same day support I needed. Despite having numerous other jobs that day, Rich was able to squeeze me into his schedule, take a look at my boiler and heating system, and give me assurance and direction on what to do next. Rich is a consummate professional. He completed an oil-to-gas conversion for us when our oil boiler failed. He thoroughly explained the process to us and was present throughout the process when other contractors needed to be involved. Rich was communicative throughout the process and considerate of our needs. He ensured that we were not without hot water throughout the furnace transition process and worked around our family schedules. We are very pleased with the final set up and are very grateful to Rich and Lori for their guidance, kindness, and conscientiousness throughout the project.

I was lucky enough to stumble across Morisset Plumbing & Heating a couple of years back after dealing with recurrent issues with our old heating system. Tony has been such a life saver in that time. He has repaired portions of our heating system, replaced old and rusted pipes, replaced a toilet, faucet and the likes. Tony is reliably communicative, professional, on time (will call or text to let you know if he happens to be running late which I ALWAYS appreciate), thorough and extremely patient. He answers all of my questions in terms I actually understand (my plumbing and heating knowledge is extremely limited). My 2.5 year old son excitedly asks for Tony on the days he’s planning to do some work on the house and will talk about him for the following days. I can’t recommend Tony enough!
