Best Lochinvar Boiler Replacement in Boston MA

We've recently installed tank-less water heater with McMahon Plumbing after our tank based one broke.
The company was fast to response and completed the project in timely manner with excellent quality.
After reading some of reviews here I was bit worried about pricing, so I've called couple of other bigger companies, and their estimates were in a comparable pricing range. All in all, considering timing and quality, I think the pricing is about right.

Rich Mathews is really a good HVAC and plumbing expert, very genuine and honest with estimation, work and well organized. We got flooded and the hot water stopped functioning, called so many places, Rich was out on another job, promptly returned my calls, texts and emails. He also has a great relationship with the local town inspectors that is able to coordinate very efficiently on permits and inspection times. He came over on Saturday and got the water heater replaced by Monday, again kept us in the loop with the process. Fixed few things which the builder had forgotten about it during initial construction. He has kept in contact after the job was done to make sure we were runing and if other items related to water damage were getting addressed, highly recommend him, glad that I found my plumber for all future work (Thanks Rich !)

Our heating system started blowing cold air so we called our usual plumber (who also does heating), but never received a return call after 24 hours. During that time period we also called someone else who was very highly rated and also never received a returned call. I then called Aquaflow who had some great reviews as well and Vincent called me back in about 45 minutes. He told me he could come out the next morning which was great and he even showed up exactly when he estimated that he would! He was very thorough and extremely knowledgeable and told me every thing he was checking out to diagnose the problem. Within a couple of hours the part that failed was replaced and I had heat again. I very much appreciate his quick response and the quality of work provided, especially during some 30 degree days in March. It's not fun to wake up to your house being 49 degrees, but thanks to Vincent we will be waking up much warmer tomorrow morning!

My water heater gave out at midnight last night. I was at a loss of who to contact for help. Rich Mathews was the first site to come up in my google search and I am so glad it did. He had great reviews and was local. I called right away and his wife was so nice and very helpful, Rich called back in 5 minutes, we had a Face Time chat so he could see the area. He gave me a very reasonable price over the phone and within 30 minutes he and his wife were in my driveway with a new water heater. What a great guy and great company and great couple. His work is impeccable, they cleaned up after themselves and even gave me a couple of recommendations for some good restaurants. All in all a lovely couple and ultimate professionals that take pride in their work. I will recommend Rich Mathews and Sons to all of my family and friends.
