Best Laundry Sinks in Boston MA

I called for a neighbor whose main drain clogged on the last day of the year. They sent over a technician who didn't know how to open the main drain pipe...and said they'd send someone more expert two days later!
A total contrast to prior experiences, which is why I nonetheless gave 2* - but for this visit, not even deserving of one.

I've used CTW Plumbing and Heating for the last several years, and I can't recommend them highly enough. Their estimates are competitively priced, their workmanship is top-notch, they're responsive, and I can always count on them in a pinch. I've had them out to replace faucets, a water heater, and heating blower motor, and each time they arrived when they said they would and performed quality work. I'm grateful to have plumbers I can trust!

McMahon took care of a number of issues at my old house over the past 19 years and were always first rate. Sold the old house last month, bought a fairly new home, and right out the gate ... trouble with the heat and eventually stopped working. Called my friends at McMahon today/Friday (single digit temps outside) and they didn't know if they could send someone out before Monday due to over-abundance of calls. Sure enough, they called me back in a couple of hours - technician was on his way. No 'emergency/same day service fee'. Two issues repaired within an hour.

I can not say enough for this company, their office staff, their technicians, and their overall business model. Not my first review. But they're always the same: super satisfied customer!

I found Drain Flow online after reading their excellent Yelp reviews and couldn't have been more pleased with the service Drain Flow provided. We were having new countertops installed and Anthony came over the night before the old countertops were being removed to disconnect our faucet/garbage disposal and dishwasher. He then came back a few days later (an hour after the countertops were complete ) to install our new faucet and reconnect all the appliances. Anthony also replaced our water heater on the same day which we decided to finally replace after delaying month after month and he had everything done within a few hours! He was friendly and answered all my questions. Pricing was more than fair and we are very happy with the work that was done. Would recommend Drain Flow to anyone who is looking to get plumbing done right the first time.
