DO NOT CALL THEM. They are the worst. Two reasons: 1. Insane overcharge. 2. Left important wire unplugged without telling the owner.

They charged me $398 for simply check up what's wrong without doing any repairing. Even worse, the technician left with the heatpump wire unplugged without notifying me! I knew this until another technician from another company came and found it. Pann home is untrustworthy and unprofessional in my opinion.

WMF sent the best workers to my house! They came in and did their job, plus cleaned up perfectly. Thank you and keep up the great work!
