My first experience was with a leaking water heater on a Friday night. Mike McMahon came to the house and did the repairs that evening. Six months later we had a dripping sink, a non-working toilet, and a mysterious leak from the upstairs bathtub. Workers helped do all the repairs within a week. Very polite, easy-to-work-with workmen and office staff.

Rich is a consummate professional. He completed an oil-to-gas conversion for us when our oil boiler failed. He thoroughly explained the process to us and was present throughout the process when other contractors needed to be involved. Rich was communicative throughout the process and considerate of our needs. He ensured that we were not without hot water throughout the furnace transition process and worked around our family schedules. We are very pleased with the final set up and are very grateful to Rich and Lori for their guidance, kindness, and conscientiousness throughout the project.

Simon is a very respectful, hard working man of integrity. He was to replace a neutralizing whole house water filter .
He ordered the filter and had it delivered to my home. Everything arrived as ordered and on time. He showed up at my house on time and began his work.This unit he was replacing has been in my home for 22 years. The pipes were rusty which he replaced and the pipes had to all be rerouted. He drained the system and put the new unit in . removed all the pipes and shut off valves and replaced them. He cleaned up before leaving and put the items that he moved back where they were. I am so relieved that it's done. More then that I'm glad I hired Simon because he is a perfectionist. He won't leave a job until it's done right. I'm very pleased with the results.
