When we needed some repair work done in the 'loo, Hubby looked up plumbers in the yellow pages and told me Roto Rooter was coming - I thought all they did was clogs. Nope, the gentleman who arrived was a real plumber, and he was great. Reasonable, personable (as hubby is one of those guys who hangs around while the work is being done, lol), and thorough. I found the price to be fair - it wasn't cheap but I wasn't expecting cheap, I wanted a quality repair done right and expected to pay for it, and that's exactly what we got. In addition, I am always grateful for a repairman who does not fix something that does not need fixing, and that was the case this time. No padding the bill. This builds trust - we will call on Roto Rooter again.

I highly recommend this company. They are professional, responsive and knowledgeable. I called the company this morning for a replacement AC condensate pump that caused a leak. Owner said they were able to come out on the same day and not only that, but they arrived on time. Their work was thorough and the owner was able to explain to me some issues that I may encounter in the future with my AC unit. And before leaving, they made sure they cleaned up everything. I have used this company 2 times for clearing a clogged drain after a plumber was unsuccessful. They are very prompt. I called them at 4 pm on a Saturday, and my drain was cleared by 6:30. They cleaned up all the mess, like it never even happened. Excellent service. It is a very old home with old pipes. This company has the right tools to get the job done.

This team of courteous men arrived just in time. I called Plumbers 911 sometime in February to fix a clog in the kitchen and they had someone come over to assess our plumbing problem within an hour. Calling them was easy and the guys behind the phone worked to accommodate us with an earlier time because of the urgency of our concern. Two plumbers, both friendly and willing to help, arrived and fixed the clog and priced me fairly. Highly recommended service!
