I had a clogged toilet late one night and after many phone calls to 24 hour services, Rapid Flow was the only company to answer. They sent out their employee Jason, I can't say enough about Jason. He was on time, polite, repaired my issue quickly, cleaned up my floor and was charged a fair price. Jason has been my go to guy ever since.

JC Plumbing is amazing! I had a new stove delivered by Home Depot and the delivery driver refused to install it because my gas line needed re-piping. They left the new stove (and the old stove) in my kitchen 2 days before Thanksgiving and basically said Good Luck with that. I saw the JC Plumbing van working across the street and went over to ask the guys if they’d be willing to take a look when they were finished at the neighbor’s house. The 2 guys came by an hour later, gave me a quick estimate, and showed up the next morning at 7:30 to do the job. They were on time, super friendly, explained every step of the install to me, and even took my old stove out to the curb for me. Their work was great and I am more than happy that they helped solve my stove problem the day before Thanksgiving. I would not hesitate to call JC Plumbing and Heating for any other work I need in the future. Their work and their customer service is awesome.

I started using this company last year for regular maintenance, which turned into $700+. My system has errored out everyday and has to be reset since last year where the technician came 2 or 3x’s but could not figure out the problem. He wrote up some possibilities and was supposed to be in touch and I never heard back, was dissatisfied so never followed up. Scheduled annual maintenance this year because I am now in contract and paying for the service only to have a new technician come out, do something but nothing and my system is now erroring out and will not reset. Hence, I am without heat and hot water! I called and was advised they were waiting to hear back on a part, the part that I found online and advised I could order and receive the next day. Rep stated everyone had left the office and an email would be sent. It’s Thursday, not sure if they can get someone back out once part is received. Based on appointment availability. The technician should have untouched what he touched and I would have dealt with resetting my system for another year or until I found a company that could diagnose and fix my issue.

RapidFlow provided a sewer line inspection service. Making appointment was easy and technician arrived on time. Technician was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I would use and reccomed RapidFlow for any future sewer / drain issues.
