Best Clear Bathroom Drain in Boston MA

I called T-Flow on Sat am for my water heater (it went out on Fri night). Matt called me back right away. Was awesome communicating about my replacement options. And his team showed up on time. The service was prompt and the guys were respectful. I'm so happy to have found T-Flow. They're my new go-to for maintenance and emergency services.

I am writing this review today, because I want to share with everyone my experience with plumbing issues... First thing to do is call Rapid Flow...!!!
Had Cranney Plumbing first, bottom line they said they couldn't help me and referred me to the city for sewerage probs... City responded promptly since I couldn't use my water nor my toilets... They informed me that it was not an issue on their part, that the blockage was from my house to the main sewer line... The cost to do this was more that I could handle... I was in shock... The City referred me to Rapid Flow... I reached out to them, and they sent Peter right away, (great guy...!!). Peter fixed my problem within 20 minutes...!!! Peter was so friendly, and very knowledgeable...!! He is the best...!! And the cost, was 1/2 of the cost of what Cranney Plumbing was originally charging me, and couldn't accomplish... Kudos to you, Peter...!!

I forgot the gentleman's name that was here for the call but it he was quick, responsive and honest. It's nice to know that their are honest workers in the service industry that are not only there to make a quick buck

David is great. He has been cleaning the sewer pipes of this old building for years, and is so friendly too. A few years ago we had a nasty back-up, and he came to rescue. Ever since I am sure to make an appointment annually. He is quick to respond, genuinely wants to help, and take care of what we need quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend David and Rhino Rooter for your plumbing needs.
