They never answer the phone or respond back for days. They installed a 2 water heater that don't work and try to blame others. I would NOT RECOMMEND METRO BOSTON PLUMBING!!!!

I never write reviews. But for this, I had to. Our Roto-Rooter technician, Ralph F., arrived at our home around 10pm - the end of a long day for him. He was considerate and helpful. We had large root clogs, at different depths, in the main drain line. Frank took a couple out, using a 150 pound machine that had to be carried into our basement, but the main was still clogged, as we could see with a video camera that was placed 30 feet down the line. It was now 1245 am. We had a similar problem several years ago, as I explained to Ralph. He listened to my request and explanation of how much further the root clogs could extend. He brought the cutting machine out again, and started over. Eventually, he reached the last clogs and successfully cleared the line around 130am. The most impressive aspect of this experience, is that the technician actually listened to the homeowner. I would definitely call again.

Two other plumbers had no idea what was causing my heating system to fail. After wasting money on service calls, GPH had it figured out within an hour of inspection and fixed within a day. These guys are experienced and reasonably priced. My go-to from this point forward.
