I bought a condo three weeks ago and the A/C unit upon moving in was not sufficiently cooling the space. I got a referral for this company and their business seemed promising. However, I found out you will get price gouged if they sense you are looking to get your problem resolved sooner rather than later. The price they charged to add two pounds of refrigerant to my condenser was outrageous. This set me back $900.In addition, the technician said that he would forward a quote for the cost to find the source of the leak to my email address. The price he quoted me in person was +$2k which seemed excessive. It’s been about a week and I haven’t received any quote or even a receipt for the $900 I paid.
