Best Shower Installation in Boston MA

Our water heat tank leaked. We called two plumbers and one need to wait for a week and the other required scheduling. So we called Floros. He gave us a quote after receiving the photos, and visited us on the same day. The work was done smoothly. He is knowledgeable and is helpful when we asked him about other issues in our unit. We will hire him again.

Pat and his team have been great to work with. Friendly, professional and they get jobs done quickly. Will be using Casper for any plumbing jobs going forward.

Martin and his team are always responsive, do great work and are our “go to” plumbers. Have done 2 bathroom renovations with them and they have been wonderful to work with. Wonderful guys and quality workmanship!

They came out to help with my busted water heater. They never came to look at our system beforehand to ensure they were bringing the correct system (just went by phone pictures) so they showed up with the wrong one. The day they were supposed to come, they were over 4 hours late with no calls.

When they realized they brought the wrong tank, they tried to give us a quick fix so that we would have hot water for the weekend until they came back. When I asked how much it would be, I was told not to worry about it. Their fix provided us with lukewarm water for maybe half a day. They said they'd call us Sunday with a plan and would be back Monday to install. No call until Monday morning. When I said we didn't have water again all weekend, they said they would get back to us with options. No call until late the next day.

I was sick of waiting with freezing cold water so I went to another plumber. Later, I received a bill for the aforementioned fix. When I tried to call them and ask why I was being billed when I was told don't worry, they were aggressive, rude, and bullying. I would not ever recommend them to anyone. Use JC Plumbing in Ashland, MA instead.

Quoted $1600 on a job that I got done for $300 when asked for breakdown of parts vs labor guy shrugged...did come out on time to quote the job though, now a day 3 stars for that.

aiden was very pleasent ,socialable tech he made the repairs to the furnace for the 2nd. floor replacing the control board and damper control unit and am very pleased with the results I would used Big Blue again and recommend the company to neighbors. mike mcd.

This team of courteous men arrived just in time. I called Plumbers 911 sometime in February to fix a clog in the kitchen and they had someone come over to assess our plumbing problem within an hour. Calling them was easy and the guys behind the phone worked to accommodate us with an earlier time because of the urgency of our concern. Two plumbers, both friendly and willing to help, arrived and fixed the clog and priced me fairly. Highly recommended service!
