Amazing service. My bathtub was clogged and I tried some product to clear the drain last night and the tub exploded with toxic liguid and air. I called Roto-Rooter and they were here within an hour and the service technician spent the evening trying to work with a tub with original plumbing. He was drenched from working and was suggesting we needed to cut some pipes but then insisted he try a couple more times and he was able to get the snake down. Excellent service. Would definitely call them again.

I called yesterday (Friday) and Abe called me back right away, asked about my issues (all non-emergency) and said he would come the very next day which was a Saturday. He was very clear about the cost for each problem (sink drain not draining, leaky faucet, old water valves, toilet flapper not closing) after checking the problem but before performing any work. He fixed all my issues and I am a very satisfied customer.

We have very old plumbing and use this company frequently. They are always knowledgeable, friendly, and very reasonably priced each and every time. We have had them come to deal with various issues over half dozen times in less than a year. Each time a different problem they easily solved. Their customer service is friendly and return calls quickly if you have to leave a message. Absolutely a solid five stars plus.
