The good reviews led me to call Sami's Plumbing with reference to our water heater, and Eric has lived up to the reviews with his attentiveness, clarity, and frank recommendations. He went out of his way to squeeze in an appointment, and stayed responsive both before and after the call.

Abe has come out to our house twice now for different plumbing issues and we've had excellent experiences both times. The first time was on a weekend and the second was in the evening and he came out the same day both times (within a couple hours the second time). He was professional, courteous and talked me through everything that he was doing. He wanted to make sure that I understood what was involved in the process rather than just handing me a bill when he was done. He also advised me on how to fix it myself in the future.

The price was very reasonable, especially considering he came out on a weekend and at the last minute in the evening (he was here until 7:30 tonight, he actually just left). I would definitely call him again in the future and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs a trustworthy plumber.
