Wowwww where do I start????? I started off with a leak in my closet that eventually had water coming up from my floors. I googled a plumber because being a first time homeowner, I was in a panic. Believe it or not, Roto Rooter was the only company that replied in a timely manner. Mr.Sailo(#873) came in the wee hours of the night, gave a dianostic and wrote out a free estimate of the cost. He took his time to explain the leak, where it was coming from, how long it will be to fix and the damages it might have caused. I appreciated that! Mr. Sailo efficiently fixed the leak and took his time to show me everything that was done. The very next day, I received a call from Jason Nelson, the Water Restoration Specialist (#1599) and ever since he has called, HE HAS BEEN AMAZING! I am currently in the stressful of getting my house restored because of the damages. He has been nothing but kind and genuine along this process. Jason has been in great communication and excellent in making everything run smoothly for myself and my insurance claim adjuster as well. It has been nothing but a pleasure in working with Roto Rooter! I am still in the process getting my home restored, but with Roto Rooter handling everything I have absolutely no worries about it. We've used All Plumbing for several projects, they do quality work, show up on time and charge fairly. They recently did a beautiful job on a sump pump install and brickwork on a basement entry that floods. Highly recommend.
