I have used Al's Twin Air for several years for all my HVAC needs, for my primary residence and rental property. The staff are always professional. They arrive on time, complete the job as promised. The lady in the office is excellent. When I called requesting emergency service when my air conditioner died during the extreme heat, she worked her magic (lol) to get someone to my home very quickly. I have recommended Al to all my friends. They have had the same professional experience.

Frederick was great! He fixed a Navien tankless water heater issue that had flummoxed two other plumbers. Next, he fixed the HVAC wiring to our Nest thermostat which one other electrician and one Nest technician could not figure out. In short, in one afternoon he fixed issues that four other professionals could not. If you have a Navien issue, call Charles & Sons first. If you want a problem solver ask for Frederick.

Mike has a very bad attitude. He refused to remove his dirty work shoes before coming into the house. Offered him something to wear and refused.

I had a leak in my garage and called Plumber in DC on a friend's recommendation. They showed up within an hour or two of the call and found the problem after only a few minutes. These folks do great work. When the pilot light on our year-old hot water heater wouldn't stay lit, they correctly diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repairs (as oppossed to the first folks we called who tried to sell us a new water heater), including making sure that all the parts were covered under warranty, correctly diagnosed an additional problem with the heater venting and recommended a great service to fix it. They are our plumber from now on.
