Avoid! Steve (big guy with pony tail) came to look at my leaking shower. He tried to persuade me to avoid my insurance company, pointed his finger in my face several times, called me stupid, tried to instigate an argument between me and my neighbor, insulted my girlfriend, refused to provide a formal estimate before beginning work, sought for me to admit all liabilities prior to work (and diagnosis), and was told by my management to leave the building due to his inappropriate behavior. His assistant gave me a ballpark estimate for the work, which was 3.5 times the amount my insurance company would authorize. I went to Jiffy plumbing, who did it for 1/4 the price, and they were nice.

Called On-Call tech at 6am to take care of emergency plumbing, and the tech immediately responded. The On-Call tech showed up within minutes of my location in Virginia. The Tech was even mindful to take his shoes off before entering the space! The tech took care of the issue by locating the shut off valve, which I would have never found, turned off the water which had been running for hours to avoid any flooding issues. The Tech provided courteous service and was very professional in resolving the issue which included providing any parts to complete the task. Plumber was on time, efficient and took the time to explain what he was doing. Mike repaired a gas line and installed our new oven. Most importantly, he was very patient with my dog, who is a hot mess.

Great service, very well trained technicians. I've been renovating a house and these guys are my go to for repairs I can't do myself. They know it all and are very friendly!
