Sam was on his way home after completing another job and did not want to leave a customer in need. Sam was very professional, curious, and completed the job in a timely manner. It was obvious that Sam has put a lot of time in cultivating his trade skills and provides excellent customers service. I am extremely thankful for Sam taking on the job at midnight.
