My technician was on time and very courteous. He wore a mask and shoe covers during his visit. He efficiently cleaned out the clogged ac pipes and drained the emergency drip pan. We would highly recommend and use them again.

They didn’t reconnect the new water heater to the drainage pipe that was on the old water heater. They broke my pantry closet bifold door and didn’t tell me. When I noticed it after I left, the office crew refused to help me. I emailed the manager who said she’d look into it a few weeks ago and never got back to me.
