Best Plumbing Inspections in Virginia Beach VA

Called for a clogged shower pipe. Office contacted me three times through the day to assure me I wasn't forgotten, and to keep me updated as to when the technician would arrive. Scott (the technician) was very polite and friendly, very open to questions, explained the steps he would work through to fix the issue, and got to work. He provided estimate before starting, quickly finished (no mess!), and discovered the final cost was less than the initial estimate. To recap: fast, professional, fixed, and cheaper than expected. I'll definitely call again if I need help with plumbing or drain, and hope they send Scott again. An all around fantastic experience. Great job Atomic!

I think this has to be the best service business in southeastern VA. First the gentleman answered the phone on Sunday evening and pleasantly gave me instructions to fix my problem. He walked me thru it over the phone. That's the type business character that grows dynasties. They are now the only plumbing service I'll call in the future. The alphbet guys would have hit me for Taylor Swift tickets to come turn off a main water value. Sean is the greatest. **********(

Matt Barton was a courteous, professional, extremely knowledgeable plumber.As a retired teacher, who still enjoys learning, Matt taught me everything about the diverter in my bath/shower to tankless water heaters. I would call him an amazing teacher!!!I will ONLY use A 1 for my plumbing needs! Before arriving a text was sent with Matt’s picture. He and his helper wore masks. They arrived fifteen minutes before the expected time.I am TOTALLY impressed with Matt’s work and expertise!!!Thank you A 1Lenore

After hours personnel and dispatcher were both extremely helpful and understanding. Setting up an appointment was easy and quickly done. The technician, Rich Peterson, was prompt, professional, and ensured I understood all the options available. Throughly recommend this company and especially this technician.
