This company is slow and very time consuming. Their employees milk hours, they must get paid hourly. As I am told by many other customers, They never bring proper parts and have to have an employee make multiple trips to their warehouse and back to the job. One couple told me guy smith was at their home from 10am until 9pm that day. They asked the employees if they could come back the following day and the employees said they are told they have stay and finish the job. This couple fell asleep on their couch waiting for this company to leave. Out of 5 customers that used this company because of their false positive reviews all 5 customers said guy smith took the entire day to do a job.
