Paid two other plumbing companies to come out and they couldn’t resolve the problem. Two days without being able to use the water. Tony came out and was able to resolve the problem within a few minutes. Never again Hampton Roads. Only will be using Cecilia’s Home Repairs from now on.

Michael was quick to return my phone call and kept in great contact with me when the weather delayed the work. He was dependable and did a great job putting up shutters on my home. I will use him again for other jobs around the house.

Finally!!! We have been having so much trouble with companies not showing up, not giving proper estimates and horrible work. These men are excellent! They did our back splash in the kitchen, some woodwork that needed to be done and some repairs in our garage. They did great work, very impressed will be using them again.

Great and professional service. The technician, Nick, was very knowledgeable and motivated to discover the root of my plumbing leak issue. He was able to determine that the leak was due to a poor meter reading Public Utilities, which took a great stress off my shoulders as a homeowner. Definitely will use this company in the future!

I specifically chose this place because of the reputation of them based on their google reviews, however.... i cant agree with any of them. I made an appointment last week needing a quote (not work performed) but a quote to have a gas line run and it was scheduled today between the hours of 8 and 12. I call around 11 to get an update to see when they were planning to come because I had taken the morning off of work, and at that time they told me the plumber was in Williamsburg and was still on the job that needed about 45 minutes on top of 25-30 minute travel time to get to my house. It is now 5:48pm and not once have I received a phone call from the plumber nor the office stating that they were coming to do the estimate or whether an issue came up and needed to reschedule. We are on a time crunch to purchase appliances.... the sale expires tomorrow, so now not only do I miss out on the sale, but have absolutely NO IDEA how much it costs to run a line to determine whether or not we should purchase the gas stove that I would like or just a regular one like we have. I have already sold our current stove and those people are awaiting the call to come and pick it up. So, I've called other plumbers in the area and they don't have an appt soon enough so here we are back to square one.... so thanks for that!
