Ben showed up on time and was a complete professional. As life goes by the time Ben arrived the faulted tankless water heater that I stayed up till 1am attemtempting to repair myself with zero success decided to start working again on its own. I was prepared to pay the cost of the emergency visit due to it being the weekend. Ben wanted to make a call first back to his supervisor. He returned from the call and wished me a good weekend shook my hand and said no charge. It's not always about business, however all of the time how you do business determines your success! Ben and A-1 Sewer & Drain are doing it right. Although we didn't need the service today, they have earned every opportunity and will be my first choice for my repairs in the future. Thank you Ben!

They were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient with everything! They came in, assessed the situation, and gave us an explanation and a quote within minutes of being in our home.
