Well, they came out and confirmed what I knew- busted toilet flange. However, they would not repair, claiming the pvc flange was too busted for a repair flange, so their expert concrete guy would be needed, which would probably result in an above 1000 job. So, I diy'd it for 20 bucks. Also, they simply never called me back anyway. Last time I'll call them. Service tech was nice enough.

I wish to commend the Technician Chris Thompson on the great service he provided. Was very professional and explained clearly when asked a question.
