Kept me in the loop and explained every step they had to make to ensure no mold or mildew. Joshua Martinez and his crew of one were very efficient in the removal of flooring setting up fans and heaters checking in each. Mike who initially came out and started the whole process was extremely kind and compassionate while dealing with a person who was totally overwhelmed .As were Josh and his crew. Thank you All

Nothing against the plumbers themselves or the work but I will never call on them again because the person who sends them out on calls was an absolute nightmare to talk to. It ended up costing me a $170 for them to come out and wasn't able to help me because they don't do certain jobs. I had explained what I needed to the woman but she didn't advise their limitations in regard to the job I needed. So all they did was repeat back what I had already knew and charged me for the privilege. She threw jabs at me and accused me of giving her inaccurate information when I followed up. I work in customer service and I have never used snide remarks or tried to debate with them to win an argument. Totally unprofessional.
