There really is nothing quite like having a pipe burst in your house late on a Saturday night…3 days before your destination/out of town wedding.I ended up calling two places - one that I knew of and then A1 based on Google reviews. The other place got back to me immediately but we were still waiting to hear back on a time from a tech. Then A1 called and they had Pat B. out to us within an hour of initial contact which was such a relief.At first their price seemed a little high but that’s because there were no hidden fees and it was the actual cost to come out and do the labor…and overall it actually ended up being very reasonable and not expensive at all for a Sunday AM emergency call! Plus Pat was extremely friendly and knowledgeable…and diligent to get it fixed quickly and correctly. More importantly we felt totally comfortable having him in our home.Needless to say, I would highly recommend them and will absolutely be using them for any plumbing needs in the future! Thank you A1 and thank you Pat for saving the day before we are off to celebrate our big day!

I had a great experience with this company. I had a pipe issue in my house that was causing water leakage and damage to my home. It was a pretty extensive repair that needed to be done which gave me much anxiety. Roto Rooter was the 3rd plumping company that I contacted about the issue and concerns I was having and I am so glad I chose them over the other companies. From start to finish they took excellent care of me and my home and help fix my issue promptly. My first encounter was with one of their Techs/plumber whom name I believe was Alonzo. He was very informative and professional. He progressed quickly to get their company excavation specialist out to seem me the same day to estimate the work I needed done. His name was John and he was the best! He was so helpful and informative. He even gave me the information I needed to give to my insurance company. He constantly checked in with me during the process to make sure I was ok and had the resources I needed. I also cannot forget the actual Plumber who had to do all of the major labor work to fix my pipes. Antonio and Lorenzo were great. They got the job done in one day and kept me updated on everything that was going on during the process. To sum it up it was just a great experience and I would definitely recommend this company and theses particular guys if you have any issues with your plumbing or drains. would defiantly use them in the future.

My interaction Ali-COR Plumbing was quick and painless. Anything dealing with home repairs causes anxiety for me. The plumber who was sent to diagnose our issue was Brandon. He was friendly, professional and prompt. He figured out our issue and fixed it the same day! I will be utilizing Ali-COR again in the future.
