Garnet was amazing! He was so professional, answered all of my questions, explained what he was going to do before doing it and gave the pricing for approval first. One of our copper pipes had several leaks and the entire crawl space ultimately needed to be changed, from copper to PEX. Chrystian was the plumber that arrived to do the job. He was not only on time, but he worked while in pain because of a sport injury from the day before, and without stopping or complaining.Chrystian was personable, yet professional and extremely customer-focused. He not only heard, but he listened whenever I interacted with him. He told me what to expect, then did what he said that he would do. This job took 1.5 days and he was consistent the entire time. When I had to change the schedule unexpectedly to make an appointment, he took it in stride and accommodated our needs. When the job was finished, he sent a text to let me know the status and everything was done exactly as he said it would be done (including remembering to turn off the light bulb under the house, closing the crawl space door and locking the door to my home).I would highly recommend A1 Plumbing. As a new customer I only had reasonable expectations. But Chrystian was an excellent ambassador for A1 and set the standard very high. Thank you, Chrys!
