Best Drain Clogs in Virginia Beach VA

I called Sean late Thursday evening and he answered even though he was fishing. He and Steve came by Friday morning and replaced my Main Water Valve within an hour and I was good to go for a very reasonable price. They also fixed my leaky outside faucet for free. These guys are the best and most knowledgeable and responsive plumbers I've ever dealt with, I highly recommend them to fix any plumbing problems you have!

This is the second time in 4 years that we have called Roto-Rooter for kitchen pipe problems. The first time was in 2008. Our tech found the problem pretty quick, the cast iron pipes in the walls had corroded pretty bad and had to be replaced. We were very happy with the service we received. Fast forward to this past week...we started seeing water come up from the foundation under the kitchen sink area. Called RR on a Sunday morning and even though they were pretty backed up they got a tech out to us later that evening. Long story short--The rest of the kitchen line UNDER the house was going to have to be replaced due to corrosion. We were given options and pricing right up front. In my opinion Roto-Rooter is one of the few companies around who truly care about customer service and satisfaction and we will continue to call them for all of our plumbing needs!

Karon did an outstanding job. On time and very professional. Did a good job of explaining the issue, the required repair and then demonstrating functionality at the completion of the job. Highly recommend A1!

Mike did a great job repairing my sump pump. He was very patient thought out the entire process. Mike was quick and professional and I would highly recommend going with Roto-Rooter if you require any plumbing services. Last night at 3am we noticed out kitchen was raining. My husband cut two holes in the kitchen ceiling and narrowed down the problem to one of the bathrooms. Called Tony Costa and he was here within 15 minutes. And 10 minutes later BOOM, leaked fixed! And a very reasonable rate. I recommend him to anyone that needs a plumber. I am always a big supporter of small businesses that are here locally.
