I want to start off by saying thank you Rob that came out and fixed a huge problem on 11/09. Everything done with professionalism from the phone call to him going above and beyond cleaning everything up. Definitely would call again if I had any other problems. Thank you for your service.

Within 24 hours of requesting service to hang shades and rods Z Line was at my door. As Edward was hanging the shades, he noticed there was flooding on the lower level of the house from the heavy rain that day. He called another handyman from Z Line to come over and assess the situation, check the crawl, and make recommendations as to what could be done to prevent this from happening in the future. Edward continued hanging the shades even with the flooding, and offered to help me clean up the water even though that was not the job he came by to do. They truly went above and beyond. I will definitely be using Z Line in the future and recommending them to everyone I know in the Norfolk area who may be in need of their services.

Paid $800 plus dollars for plumbing repairs 5 months ago - 3 times the average it should cost in my area for the same job. Pipes/Drains clogged again. Company says we're out of Warranty! What do you warranty your work for, 30 days? Incredibly disappointed in this Company's policy of not standing by their work. Do not recommend.

I recently had a sewer emergency at my home on a Sunday and dealt with 2 people there who were very professional and very knowledgeable. Put my mind at ease a assured me that the problem was taken care of. I was very satisfied with my service and will def. do business with them in the future. Zak was wonderful and so was the technician that came out to rescue me on a Sunday! Thank you all so much!

A1 came to replace our water heater and another time to snake a clog in the drain. It was very easy to get on their schedule and the guys who came out seemed very professional. The price is a little steep but I'm sure that's just the way it goes when dealing with plumbing issues. I would recommend and would use again.

I had a bad cog in my sink. The company was able to send someone out within a couple of hours and thr work was dome quickly. Gary was great and very professional!
