Got a call from a tenant with a clogged main sewer line on Friday night - water backing up into toilet, sink and bathroom floor! Called Roto-Rooter and they came out first thing Saturday morning and took care of the problem. Service technician was very professional, informative, thorough and friendly. Not only did he unclog the drain, but he ran a camera thru the drain, showed me the problem, ran his snake through several times, then showed me the results. I highly recommend their services.

Sent the first plumber out to figure out what was wrong with my tankless water heater. Told me that I had a bad heater. Went out to purchase my own heater that was $700 cheaper than theirs. When I called back to have it installed, the same problem persisted. I told the new plumber that’s what it was doing before I spent $1200, he said that the problem comes from something the cost $100. I’m going to call this morning to complain about their original wrong diagnosis, stay tuned 😐
