He listened to my problem and gave easy to understand information about what the issue could be and how it could be remedied.He also talked about the cost potentially associated with the various repairs if warranted.Through a quick process of elimination he discovered that the p-trap needed to be replaced from years of laundry sud build-up and wear & tear.Mr. Garnet got to the problem and resolved it quickly and professionally.
