Tony was responsive and came promptly the next day when he said he would. Totally professional, he diagnosed the issue with my downstairs shower not producing hot water and gave me his best recommendation for the leak in the upstairs one. I went with having him fix downstairs and attempt the 50/50 chance of success option upstairs. Replaced the cheap and poorly installed valve with quality product and quality work. Will definitely call him back to fix the upstairs shower.

Nothing against the plumbers themselves or the work but I will never call on them again because the person who sends them out on calls was an absolute nightmare to talk to. It ended up costing me a $170 for them to come out and wasn't able to help me because they don't do certain jobs. I had explained what I needed to the woman but she didn't advise their limitations in regard to the job I needed. So all they did was repeat back what I had already knew and charged me for the privilege. She threw jabs at me and accused me of giving her inaccurate information when I followed up. I work in customer service and I have never used snide remarks or tried to debate with them to win an argument. Totally unprofessional.
