Teresa went out of her way to make sure everything was completed while I had time off from work. I am located in Norfolk. The plumber, Wayne, Tech #108, did a fantastic job at isolating the shower issue I was having, letting me know that it wasn't quite as big a problem as I'd feared. He worked quickly (without rushing) and diligently to ensure that a quality job was completed, and the problem was solved. To sum it all up, A1 Sewer & Drain is top notch professional. Period. I had a leaking toilet issue and when I called to make an appointment, the representative who took my call was very helpful, and was able to answer all my concerns/questions and they came out the very next day. They were available to come that same day but my schedule would not permit it, BUT they were available. The technician (Mr. Jeronmy Nixon) who came to service the toilet was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and very personable. We basically spoke almost the whole time he was servicing the toilet and yet he was done very quickly and made it look so simple. I am using A1 Sewer and Drain to install my Tankless water heater and specifically asked for Mr Nixon to install it. I told Jeronmy how I felt about his service and after he left I had to call and inform his management team how professional he was and that I was very satisfied with the service I received.
