Chris was amazing. Came in did a complete shower pan install plumbing, tile, grout amd water proofing. Chris was fast and professional the entire time. Would hands down recommend this business to anybody getting work done in the area

Danny (1601) and his partner came in on time and ready to fix the issue. They did a great job taking care of the problem, explaining what the issue was and prevention/ care methods. I appreciate their time in letting me know what was going on. Great customer service, would definitely recommend.

Todd was excellent! He came out to our home, was professional, very knowledgeable and quickly determined the correct part needed in order to make the repair. He came back out the next day and quickly fixed and repaired the broken pipe. We're back and in working conditions and totally satisfied with the service . Again he was professional, he communicated, and explained to us what needed to be done and assured us that he could make the necessary repairs. We will certainly ask for him again if needed and thanks for sending him out! Problem solved. Highly recommended.

The serviceman name was James and he was very polite and cordial. He explained everything to me about what he was going to do. He unclogged my toilet and now it's working fine. The bill was not as expensive as I thought it would be. I'm thankful for what a good job he did. Roto-Rooter is the plumber I'm always going to call.
