Randy went above and beyond to clear the clogged sewer line. Working in an extremely small space could not have been easy. Very professional and friendly. Definitely an asset to your company. Zac,who came to help, was also professional and helpful. Your company from Deanna to Randy and Zac made an unpleasant situation much more bearable.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Shower was not draining at all and we needed a new toilet installed asap. They called me back within an hour and showed up about 30 minutes later. The tech was super friendly and knowledgeable and did a great job on both tasks. I would 100% use Cecilia's again.

Their General Manager Sunny is a total prick! He can't handle a tense situation and is a horrible customer service person. RUDE! Not to mention they tried to sell us a 4 ton unit and I only need a 2.5. When confronted he flipped out on me and the coward hung up on me saying he wouldn't deal with me after my wife called him out. Horrible horrible horrible! Worst customer service guy in the Hampton roads area! Guy Smith you're only as good as the people you hire!@

The two plumbing technicians were fantastic. They practiced great safety during these difficult times of disease and provided expert help, even decreasing the price once they discovered the true nature of our plumbing problem. They were beautiful human beings who showed much respect for us and our space. I would recommend them to anyone!

Paid $800 plus dollars for plumbing repairs 5 months ago - 3 times the average it should cost in my area for the same job. Pipes/Drains clogged again. Company says we're out of Warranty! What do you warranty your work for, 30 days? Incredibly disappointed in this Company's policy of not standing by their work. Do not recommend.

Scott showed up at a moments notice to inspect the boiler in our Tailor shop. Long story short, we were lead to believe there was gas fumes coming from a stack. After thorough assessment he determined thankfully that was not the issue and so relieved! Being a holiday week I was surprised that anyone would even show up, but grateful that he did!

Great guy friendly, fair, clean and thorough

I tried a few of the big name companies to come out and fix my drain and they all wanted $70-80 just to come out and tell me how much more they were going to charge me. Another Company came out and quoted me over $300 for a routine job. I called Tony, he came out himself, on time, did a great job and charged me less than half of what the other guys were quoting. He was a nice guy and cleaned up after himself. I would recommend him over any of the plumbing companies in the area (especially those two that start with an A.

RPG came to our rescue when we had a pipe burst in January 2018. The quickly assessed the situation and went to work to fix the issue. They were VERY helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They also did the repairs on our apartment. They were quick, on point, and their work was fantastic. Their communication skills are absolutely wonderful!! I would highly recommend them for services you may need. We will use their services again, if needed.

I hired this company in November/December 2021 to install a hand washing sink which is still not finish as of today 2/16/2021. In the span of 3 months and 4 appointments. The 3 appointments they showed up and started working, they would make excuse in the middle of the job to go get needed materials, but they wouldn't come back to finish the job. The 4th appointment, they didn't show up at all.
Overall, I would not recommend this company. Save yourself time, frustration, and headaches and use a better company out there.
