Best All Plumbing Work in Virginia Beach VA

Only giving 3 stars due to what I think is an excessive price for the job with no warranty given. Used other plumbing companies in the past who have given a 90 day warranty for similar jobs and at a cheaper price. Charged $350 to snake out a branch line of sewer drain. Total job from time truck got here to time truck left was approximately 35 mins.

Edit: Repeat customer! Replacement of wax ring and resetting of a second toilet to fix a sneaky leak was quickly and expertly done. Our tech, Brian, was professional and courteous, returning in deteriorating weather later the same day to repair a leak that was inconsistent in its presentation, and Tricia, in the office was so understanding and delightful. Service was very reasonably priced too. Wouldn't call anywhere for plumbing issues.

Analysis of, and repair/replacement of leaking toilet was accomplished in less than 48 hours. Our service tech, Ricky Rivers, was excellent! Professional, courteous, honest, efficient, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Will definitely request him for any future plumbing problems. Great service. I have yet to call them twice for the same problem. They are number 1 in my book.

They didn’t reconnect the new water heater to the drainage pipe that was on the old water heater. They broke my pantry closet bifold door and didn’t tell me. When I noticed it after I left, the office crew refused to help me. I emailed the manager who said she’d look into it a few weeks ago and never got back to me.
