Best Water Heater Repair in Virginia Beach VA

I had a pipe leaking in my kitchen wall and I scheduled service as soon as it happened. We were given a appointment slot a few hours later in the day. No big deal. Unfortunately, they did not show nor call. When we did call we were continually being told the tech is running behind. If I had known you wouldn't be able to service me today I would have gone with someone else in the area. When I did finally get contacted at 3 AM I was told that we had been rescheduled for 8-12 the following day. My family was without water all day. This is rediculous. You should call and keep someone updated better and set realistic expectations of service.Our service technician was amazing when he arrived.

Kelvin is officially a miracle worker. We had other plumbers come to the home to have a gas line placed. Literally the first plumber walked in and walked out and said it could not be done. Kelvin showed up after hearing our story and was determined to find a way. He efficiently checked for alternative options to assure the fireplace could become a possibility. To make matters worst we had a dead possum under the house he needed to bypass just to install our line. And he did it all while not complaining. We now have a cozy fireplace he helped us to set up in place. Kelvin gets it done. Officially our families only plumber. Thanks so much Kelvin. We are so happy to finally have our dream fireplace and all because this plumber does not stop until he gets it done perfectly 👏🏼.

I had a problem with NO heat, and have dealt with A-1 before for plumbing and was satisfied, so I called for HVAC help. From the phone call I had professional courteous response. The tech called within 15 minutes, and arrived 15 minutes after that. Jake is his name and made me feel very comfortable. After examining my furnace he recommended a new furnace (mine was 20 yrs used), but got it up and running. As a few days went by it stopped again, Jake returned and we decided on a new furnace. Within 6 hrs. we had heat at a very reasonable price. The tech (Jake B,) went beyond the call and cleaned up the install very professionally and looks 125% better than the last install from the last time from another company (20 years ago).
