Jim Bertolino is one of the most HONEST plumbers we have had the pleasure of working with. We called him out for a whole home low pressure issue and the problem was resolved quickly. While there were no repairs needed for what the issue was, Jim took the time to explain and educate my husband and I on the systems at our property (which he installed 12 years ago)! We are now more comfortable with the plumbing/water and backflow valve we have all because of the information he gave us in great detail. If you need a backflow inspection (annually by the city) then he is your guy, the price is more than 50% less than what a well-known company here charges for the same service.
