Best Cleaning Drain Cleaning in Virginia Beach VA

We have nothing but good things to say about A1. We had a new water heater installed less than a week ago, and on Monday morning we noticed there was no power running to the water heater, and it also was leaking. We called 3 other plumbers who said they couldn't get out to us until the end of the week (even though they offer emergency services). When I called A1, they said it would be no problem getting someone to us same day. And actually, they arrived over an hour early. Our plumber was Shawn, and he was awesome. He quickly was able to diagnose the issue and give us some advice on the next steps to take. He offered some great information, for which we are very appreciative. They have great, quick, and reliable service!

Thought I was going to have to recharge the Freon because the last place that has done it said I had a leak. However no leak was detected and the Freon was fine. Just had dirty filters that needed to be changed

We reached out to Colonial Home Services for a few projects at our house, such as installing new electric outlets and replacing a ceiling light with a fan. They came out to give us an estimate and afterwards set up another appointment to get the job done. They showed up on time, the price was exactly what they said it would be and they were all really professional and knowledgeable, plus friendly and tidy. They addressed all our concerns and even helped us figure out some issues with the light switches that didn't match the outlets. We'd definitely hire Colonial Home Services again. My experience mirrors other recent negative reviews linked to property management with Howard Hanna. Late, unprofessional, and unable to speak to me or my husband with any kind of human decency or respect. This company lost its accreditation from the BBB last year due to being unable to Approach all business dealings, marketplace transactions and commitments with integrity, good faith and intent to do what is reasonably expected. Which tracks because they straight up lied to me about coming out early in the morning to fix what their own technician said was a sh*tily installed plumbing. They fired him for telling us that, btw. My advice would be to document everything, take photos of your home before and after they arrive (check the other reviews about coincidentally missing items of value from homes). Oh and have alot of time to waste because these people DGAF about you or your rental. Just the money.

I have used this fine firm on three separate occasions. The staff is quick to respond and solves problems rapidly and inexpensively. The most distinctive feature is that staff keeps the user fully informed of the schedule for completing what must be done. They are cheerful in their work. Dave made the experience easy. Our toilet was bubbling and after attempting to fix the problem on our own we called Roto-rooter. He clearned the pipes and gave us maintenence tips to prevent backups in the future. Very professional and friendly.

Dave did excellent work for us during a time of desperate need. We came home to a pipe burst and he was able to come to our rescue promptly and fixed the pipe immediately.
