Mullin came out twice for two separate issues. Head a different repair man each time, and both were professionals. They kept to COVID protocols and repaired the issues quickly. One faucet handle had a unique part which the repairman sourced at a local store. The icing on the cake, was when he walked past my home office, he saw my Navy plaques. Asking if I served and that I did, he OFFERED a military appreciation discount. I really do appreciate when that is offered, and I don't have to ask. Mullin will be our plumber.

I am grateful to both young men that came to my home. Isaac came late Sunday afternoon when my hot water heater went out and made it safe and fixed it so I’d have water in the house overnight. Alex came out the next day and spent hours installing a new water heater, making sure everything was correct and up to code. He even fixed my toilet, that stopped working properly while he was still here. I would highly recommend the services of Roto-Rooter, they were prompt, professional, and kind.
