First off they came out on a Saturday within the hour. Tried their hardest to fix a 16 year old system BUT had a brand new system ready to be installed by MONDAY! They busted their tails all day and had it ready to go by the afternoon! Great guys even better service. Would definitely use again! Walked me through every process and even fixed stuff that was originally missing or broken!

We used Mullins Plumbing because they were able to come and install a propane line for us on short notice from a new propane tank to our furnace. The line was less than 20 feet long. When they showed up the technician didn't have the correct part and had to leave to get the part, even though we told them in advance the service we needed done. They were onsite just over 2 hours, but charged us for an entire day's worth of work for 2 men plus a trip fee. I asked one of their billing reps if this was normal and she referred me to Eric their plumbing manager, but I can't get him to call me back. If you plan on using this company be prepared and get them to give you pricing on the front end, or you might end up being taken advantage of like we were.
