He came out and installed an AC unit for me, it didn't work and he won't come back out to fix it.

Their service vehicle almost hit me on the highway, they were going 100 mph, cut me off, and brake checked me as I was passing another vehicle. Then proceeded to do the same thing to a truck right in front of me.

2 times in the last year we had some plumbing issues that needed some quick attention. Rick is such a kind gentleman to work with and he was able to get us a new hot water heater installed and a brand new shower drain as well as help us with a main drain backup issue. We saved a lot of $$ and could not have had better service. Thanks Rick!

I am locking in their number and would recommend One Way Plumping company to anyone. Chad took my call he was honest, professional, and polite. The company sent Logan out who was clean, professional, nice, and about business. Logan waste no time to fix my my leak underneath the house. But he discovered it was a pipe on the outside of the home. Two hours later and I GOT WATER! Cost is way cheaper than Williams, Air Comfort, and Mullins. Thank you and I am single mom who could afford the work.

Had clogged kitchen drain so called AAA. Took trap apart under sink to run auger. Told had 50’ auger; later found ran only 25’. Unable to clear blockage. Suggested hydro jetting; asked price several times and never got answer. Said options were to pour sulfuric acid in drain (with all safety concerns) or hydro jet with $500 minimum price.
Called Roto Rooter; sent Tech Dallas Campbell who had drain opened within 15 minutes and charged $147
Paid AAA $100 for accomplishing NOTHING

During the February deep freeze the outside water faucet froze. When I thawed it out overnight, water ran uncontrollably and I had to shut the water off to the house in the morning. Knowing other people were having to wait 2 days for a plumber, I was concerned. Infinity Plumbing made it out that same day. It was late into the evening, repair was quick and professional and he finished around 10:30 pm. He had been working since 8 am and still had a call or two to do before he was done for the night. If I ever have another emergency, I will call Infinity Plumbing first. Because of his professional response to our dire situation, he has earned my business going forward for any plumbing needs.
