We had an estimate from a large plumbing company to replace our water heater for thousands of dollars. We called Tulsa Midtown Plumbing to give us an estimate. After our conversation, they said they didn't believe the entire water heater needed to be replaced. They fixed it for $185. They were knowledgeable, polite, reliable and prompt. I give them my highest recommendation.

Called about a broken sprinkler for an areobic system to see if it could be repaired after hours (5:15). Her response is “Nope not a chance good luck click” hung up. I don’t know if this company works like the lady who answers the phone, but if they do I would not ever use them. My business can go elsewhere. Website says 24hours for operation. Apparently not. Not even an offer of I can however get you tomorrow or next week just hung up. Blown away!

Last week I had a leak and a clogged toilet. My friend recommended Pro Elevated and I'm so glad she did. The service tech responded quickly to my call and was able to efficiently assess my main line problem. I have been leak free with an unclogged toilet ever since! Save yourself the time and don’t use them. If it’s a plumbing emergency then DEFINITELY don’t use them. My entire sewer line was the old concrete line and it was broken down. I have personally replaced my entire sewer line with pvc and all I needed was a licensed plumber to reconnect into the city main. I did all the work and already had the hole dug up to the main (9 feet deep). These guys were super nice in person and agreed to do the job and said they would be out the next day (Friday) and would go ahead and backfill everything I had dug myself. Friday comes around and then Saturday. Still never heard anything. They will not return my calls or text messages. My father in-law who recommended them to me has also tried to contact them and they will not return his calls or text. Very shady people
