Great work, professional and friendly crews. I had them install a tankless water heater which included replacing the shower gaskets. When replacing the the first gasket unexpectedly caused the shower to drip because the valve was so corroded, they went the extra mile, cut in the drywall and replaced the valve at no extra cost. I later had them come back and do the second shower valve at my cost.

The first plumber I used on this charged me to say they couldn’t fix it. I’ve used Roto Rooter before and they should have been my first call. Not only did they fix the problem more easily than the first plumber predicted, but also more inexpensively than first projected. Isaac was great.
