Great service. They sent an email, confirming the time of the appointment, and the technicians called ahead to let me know they were on their way. Mike and Tristan were polite, friendly and professional. They put a large mat on the kitchen floor to keep it clean and shared useful tips to solve problems. I would definitely use this service again.

Great experience with two excellent techs who came out for same day service to help us with a weekend emergency! After two separate visits from another plumbing company, and no fix, Allied was able to assess the problem and had all of the equipment needed to get the job done. The technicians exhibited excellent customer service, and wonderful attitudes. They even stayed after dark on a Saturday night until the job was done! Will definitely recommend. Thanks Allied!

Don't know them personally yet, I had scheduled to use them at our facility then had to cancel. I felt bad about it, the Lady that had answered was very understanding and just awesome. Our facility will be using them in the future definitely

Absolute Air got us out of a huge bind! We were expecting around 30 people for New Year’s Eve but the morning of the party our heater went out! Absolute Air was able to come out right away, diagnose the problem, and replace a part to get the heater up and running long before any guests were expected to arrive! Absolute Air was extremely professional and knowledgeable! Without their expertise we would have had a lot of disappointed friends and family!

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.

Save yourself some time and energy and go with a plumbing company that is professional and cares enough to not waste your time.

Before doing ANY TYPE of business with this contractor , and I which I have done so, is to check the multiple complaints that it's costumers hade file against Aqua Mechanical.
A couple of months they came to service our home central air, cause of a metallic grinding noise from the condenser motor.
The Aqua Mechanic, after just 5, 10 mnts at the most, stated that there was nothing wrong with the motor, and that that noise was normal for an ac of that age.
Normal , a grinding metallic noise, really?
A couple of months later, guess who's ac condenser motor just gave up? And right in the middle of the 4th of July holiday, AND with a heat wave that's breaking records in Florida.
The only good thing that this Aqua, good for nothing, Mechanical contractor is, it's for stealing your money, and lie thru their teeth.
