Overall my experience on the actual manual labor was pretty good. The guy who did the job was kind and very profesional , we liked that .The situation that made me do this review is the fact that when I called for the issue with my kitchen sink (which was not working properly) is that the first time they “did” the job and charge us $125 But the very next day the sink wasn’t working again... so I called them and they send the Gary again, and charged us $275 for the replacement of a new whole piece , without considering the fact that they had just “check” and “fixed” it... I feel disappointed for the customer service that we got , and they did not even mention or offered any kind of guarantee for the first job they did... anyway, hope they do know better on the keeping of the money than that of costumers.

They never got back to me. Bad customer service

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.

Save yourself some time and energy and go with a plumbing company that is professional and cares enough to not waste your time.
