Their service vehicle almost hit me on the highway, they were going 100 mph, cut me off, and brake checked me as I was passing another vehicle. Then proceeded to do the same thing to a truck right in front of me.

Ready Svs was called out by my home warranty service Co. AHS. When the technician arrived, he said he would be contacting the Warranty Co. and get back to me, but I never heard back. All this time, I am without water and it was a Friday afternoon when I contacted the office and spoke with Kim who advised the tech would be in touch with me by email and he was very busy and doing the best he can to cover everything. I never again heard from anyone from Ready Services. Now, I am learning that I have to pay $100 for a callout fee to this company which never responded to me. ...so they are getting paid for NOT doing their job. NEVER Will I EVER Use Their Services!

My older parents called because they had a water leak that caused their carpet to become wet. Harp said they will have someone out the next morning. Around noon, no one has arrived. So they call Harp and ask why no one has shown up yet. They said oh, we don’t have anyone to send out today. Sorry. They replied, we just called yesterday and they said they would send someone out this morning. They said sorry, we don't have anyone to send out. So that left them finding someone else to come out which resulted in more carpet becoming wet for a longer period of time. My message to harp is, if you are unable to fufill your obligations, call the customer let them know right away, so they can call one of your competitors. For that reason I do not recommend Harp.
