Our plumber got there right at the start of the 4 our window for his arrival, which is luck of the draw, but still, very nice. He was friendly and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and let us know what the suggested fix was and how long it would take. Upon digging deeper, he found out that the problem was a little different and that our plumbing was a little older than we thought. He kept us updated every step of the way,and still finished in less time and for less money than I would have expected.

Price 50% higher than nearest competitor. Too rich for us. Nice guys though.

Very pleased with the quality of workmanship when making repairs to my porch, and then their willingness to take on the challenge of working in very tight quarters in my attic to install a new oven exhaust fan. A bathroom update is on my wish list, and I am confident Kimber Homes will complete that in an equally pleasing and competent manner. Great folks to work with.

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.

Save yourself some time and energy and go with a plumbing company that is professional and cares enough to not waste your time.
