However, at the first home they fixed a foundation problem no one else - not the original building contractor, countless engineer reports, 3 sets of piers, etc. - NONE of these completely fixed the problem in 30 years. My furnace died during the holiday cold snap. A serviceman came out on Christmas eve and tried to get it running but it just wasn't meant to be. Dil, the sales person, was at my house first thing Monday to help me pick a system and arrange for financing. By 5pm that same day I was toasty warm. Everyone was kind and professional.
