These guys do a great job. Good old fashioned customer service. Very respectful of myself & my home and they left everything exactly as they found it. Took care of all my plumbing needs in a timely manner. I won't use anyone else.

I've been waiting 9 days on 2 different estimates. The man that showed up for an oven vent estimate knew nothing about vents and couldn't even tell me what size to look for. The plumber 'didn't have time ' to estimate an additional job, when he was already in the area work needed to be done, but had time to sit in his truck for a half hour in front of my house. I would have had a third job for electrical work, but I won't pay over $200 for an estimate. No communication, no estimate completed. No confidence in this company. No thanks.

I had a Service call to make sure that my AC was running properly. David showed up right on time, explained everything to me, and did a fantastic job. They earned a customer for life now. Great job, great price, awesome staff!UPDATE..Just had Torch come back for a new AC unit. Service was nothing short of spectacular. Once again, David showed up and did a fantastic job. Only problem now is the new unit is so quiet, I forget it's on! Thanks again for a great job.
