Tyler was our repairman and did an excellent job! Out bathtub was draining very slowly and I couldn’t get it any better. Tyler came out, explained what he thought the problem was and how he would fix the situation. It didn’t take him long to fix the problem! He cleaned the bathtub where he had been working, and made sure I was pleased with the job. Now the bathtub drains better than I ever remember it working! Awesome! I’m very pleased with Tyler and Roto Rooter for their professionalism and high quality of work, and definitely recommend them if you have any plumbing problem.

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.
